"Let me Sing" talks about regaining my voice after a period of speechlessness and exhaustion eight years ago. As if putting off an old layer of clothes and stepping into a new self. Even during moments of deep crisis, my voice is there to accompany me. Singing isn't just a job, it's who I am. What anchors me during difficult periods of restlessness is a gentle practice of breath-work and vocal training. Reconnecting with my voice specifically during this difficult time a few years back provided the stability that allowed me to transform into something whole again.
